Mississippi ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Mississippi Secretary of State requires that Corporations file an Annual Report. LLCs are not required to file an Annual Report. The Annual Report form is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the Corporations 60 days in advance of the due date.
